Small Business Account Manager

At TCC you will be apart of a growing culture that focuses on finding value-based solutions for our small business customers.  As a Small Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a sales funnel through prospecting, networking, leads, and referrals.  This position requires a self-starter who can drive results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Driving small business account growth within multiple retail locations

  • Mange and build relationships with small business accounts for long term success

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the business

  • Communicating and connecting with current and prospective small businesses

  • Build and maintain relationships within TCC retail locations to effectively educate, coach and train Sales Consultants on all aspects of business accounts

  • Utilize TCC provided systems to effectively manage and track small business accounts

  • Provide weekly reporting to leadership on market and store account generation

  • This role requires working in a retail location as well as extensive travel across multiple regions as required by TCC.   

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or two or more years relative sales experience (wireless experience is a plus)

  • Experienced in customer service, marketing, and outbound prospecting

  • Strong negotiating and closing skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Driven to achieve results

  • Managed and lead a team of people
